Not many days left in July - you are almost there 💪

Week 4 brings us the accumulation of..

•Wall sit - keep 90° angles in your hips, knees and ankles. Don't take weight through your hands. Abs engaged. Sit tall through the spine
•Head/handstand - take weight through the arms, less through the top of the head. Abs and glutes engaged. Push away from the ground to maintain a strong posture
•Plank - Abs and glutes active and strong. Keep a straight line between shoulders and ankles.

All are holds, no movement unless you are having your coffee on a wall sit. We are aiming to get to 5 minutes of each over the week. Just do a little bit at a time. Take a break if you feel as though you are losing form.

Have fun with this. Holds are a great place to practice breathing and mindfulness. Connect with your body ❤

For many people, taking their health seriously doesn't start until something catastrophic happens. One day your doctor may tell you you have type 2 diabetes or heart disease. Perhaps you wake up one day and wonder how on earth you put on so much weight.. or you get back pain..
