Okay out there its time to ramp things up again, i had heaps of likes and interest for my free classes, but i need you to convert those into Going so i can see what sort of numbers i have for each class.

Hi Everyone,🤔 A question has been asked about my Senior Classes.The age range is between 40-70 plus.Most of my group are very fairly active individuals there is not a lot of sedentary stuff, however if learning the Tai chi form this can be done from a seated position.Hope this helps👩‍💼👍
