Hi All, I've been following information about Covid-19 so as to keep everyone safe and follow recommended guidelines. Unfortunately the CHCH City council have announced that all council facilities are now closed until further notice. This means there will be no Wednesday and Sunday swim sessions. Stay safe out there and be mindfull of others and all recommendations.

This includes pools and recreation centres, libraries, service centres, community facilities, the Christchurch Art Gallery and all our visitor’s centres in gardens and regional parks."

Awesome swimming in my new wetsuit, Zone 3 Aspire, thanks for a great choice of suit for me. Non restrictive and can really get my stroke going. Definitely recommend if your looking for a good suit for swimmers. Also nice water to swim in at Roto Kohatu!

Today's session for those that want to relive it! This is a great session for working on your pacing. The 3rd 75m, in each set, should be at CSS or race pace. Increase your effort under water to go faster as you work through the set, make sure you're not just increasing stroke rate to go faster!
