Lukas Kresja hitting personal best across his 3 lifts!.
His progression from our very first strength test to where heβs currently at are as follows:
Squat - 135 to 165kg
Bench - 90 to 100kg
Deadlift - 160 to 185kg
Alongside his strength training we are also working on his power, which requires strength and speed to develop force quickly.
