Our third training block of the year for Rangatahi TΔrewa TΕ« kicks off tomorrow. π«‘
One of the things that makes this programme different is that it's rangatahi-led. π― ππΎ
Our tuakana coaches take the lead, supporting and coaching our teina throughout the programme. It gives our older rangatahi the opportunity to put their learning into practice, grow their confidence, and develop their leadership in a real environment not by sitting in a classroom, but by doing. ππ½
For our teina, it means learning from people who have been in their shoes. They see what's possible because their coaches have walked the same path.
That's the kind of environment we want to create. One where rangatahi learn from rangatahi, leadership is shared, and everyone has a chance to grow.
