During this first week there will be:
✅ Morning (6am)
✅Kids (4pm + 4:50pm)
✅ Evening (6pm)
❌ Lunch (12pm)
❌ Tiny Rollers (Sat 9:30am)
❌ Women's only (Sat 11am)

♟️ Saturday 29th August 11am-1pm - Open Mat♟️

From Monday 31st August, full schedule will be running 🏁

Start 17th of August we will be running a new time table adding a fundamentals class monday & Wednesdays at 6pm - 645 pm followed by advanced class 645pm -8pm.

This added class will be all about going back to basics
Fundamentals movements, concepts & control.

Keeping it simple! 🙌🏼

Term 2 we have been working on De La Riva guard sweeps and it's been greats to see the kids using it in rolling. Having a focus for nearly a whole term is where we see progression and development of the game for the kids.
