A brief description of the roles available are listed below.
President:
Represent the club. Preside at meetings. Ensure the clubs runs smoothly.
Vice President:
Represent the club in the absence of the president. Support the president in required areas. Serve as chairperson.
Secretary:
Take minutes at every meeting. Keep a record of the club files. Maintain current roster of members. Record members and payment information at each session.
Treasurer:
Apply for grants and sponsorships. Purchase equipment. Keep account of all receipts and make financial report at end of the year.
Social Medias manager:
Keep members up to date through social media. Managing the social media accounts and responding to any messages that arise.
General Executive:
Assists the team wherever extra help is required.
All roles are expected to attend all sessions unless otherwise agreed on.

Selection of next years' executive team will be done by voting at our AGM. You will be expected to briefly introduce yourself and why you would be a good fit for the role. Don't stress though, it will be very relaxed!
