Join the incredible Alana Tod Tod for an action-packed Dancer Development Day at Bow Studios Papamoa! 🩰💫

With TWO groups so dancers can learn, challenge themselves and grow at the perfect level:

🤸‍♀️ TAURANGA — FLIP & TRICKS IS BACK! 🤸‍♀️

I’m SO excited to bring my Flip & Tricks Workshop back to Tauranga on Saturday 5 September! 🖤

And this time, I’m changing things up slightly so dancers can work at the level that’s right for them.

✨ SESSION ONE | 2:00–3:30pm
Perfect for dancers working on skills including front & back walkovers.

✨ SESSION TWO | 3:30–5:00pm
For dancers who have their walkovers and are ready to progress into harder skills like handsprings, aerials, tucks & flips.

Every session will focus on strength & conditioning, flexibility, safe technique and skill development, helping dancers build confidence in their current skills while working towards their next ones.

📍 Impact Gymsport, Mercury Baypark Arena

AND we’re finishing the day with a NEW OPEN GYM from 5–6pm! 🙌🏼
