We can spend a lot of time thinking procrastination is a personality fault but in my experience its generally driven by negative thinking or self doubt.

I work with my clients to identify the exact root cause of their procrastination.
Then we use NLP to shift it.

I dont know who needs to hear this right now but... YOU MATTER

Your work matters

Your voice matters

Your unique perspective matters

In a world that feels heavy and social platforms that feel noisy its easy to feel like you are unseen and invisible. That there isnt a place for you or your work but I want you to know YOU MATTER.

I know the impact of feeling invisible, wondering if what you have to offer has value. I see it in my clients self doubt and feelings of unworthiness every day and I've been there too.

What I know for sure is that when you doubt yourself and feel invisible all you can see is more reasons to doubt yourself and evidence that your voice is not being heard.

It feels true but in reality its your brain selecting evidence based on your worst fears. Its pattern recognition not personality faults or failure.

Its an invitation to show up and keep sharing your message.

The world needs your positivity, the world needs your heart felt truth.

The good news is when you see this you're in exactly the right place.

All of the things you think you are not are simply a perspective that needs an upgrade.

Its an invitation to transformation

So take your self gently by the hand and remind yourself

You matter

Your voice matters

Your unique perspective matters

Lately I've pulled back from all my social media platforms....

This might be an unpopular opinion but I feel like AI has stolen our authenticity.
I feel drained by the volume of problem/instruction...here's what your doing wrong nature of Ai generated marketing. I dont want to read about what I'm "quietly" doing in the background that is eroding my confidence, business, relationships, health followed by a list of "fixes"

I want your messy truth, I want deeper conversations and to feel inspired and moved by your ability to overcome challenges. I want REAL,

In an already heavy world I dont see AI building our resilience or supporting a positive mindset. Its instruction without heart, it highlights your weak spots without wrapping you in the support you need to work on them.

Don't get me wrong, I have used it too and I'm feeling the call to put it down. I'm craving honest human connection, imperfect and unpolished!

If you're feeling it too, I see you and I believe in you even if every AI post you read has you thinking you're completely flawed.

You are amazing and your not "quietly" doing anything wrong.

I've decided I'm going to use my platform (small as it is) to "quietly" add my heartfelt truth back to the internet.

Question for you.....
What's your relationship to receiving support?
Do you tough it out and soldier on by yourself or are you really aware when you need another set of eyes on the problem?

The magic thing about working with a coach....having someone highlight for you the things you just cant see because you are in it.

Unexpected benefits of clearing your imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs

January was a great month for reconnecting with clients I’ve worked with over the past few years.

Some joined workshops I was running.
Others came back for a top-up session.

But the most interesting part of those conversations wasn’t why they came, it was what had changed since we first worked together.

They originally came to feel more confident showing up as their brand.
To change the thinking patterns that drove perfectionism or procrastination or imposter syndrome
To shift something that felt stuck in their business.

And yes, those changes are still there and clearly visible.

But the real surprise?

Their relationships have shifted too. ❤️

The small but persistent niggles with the people closest to them have disappeared
The way they once wished their partner would show up is now their lived experience.
Friendships feel deeper.
Boundaries feel clearer and easier to assert.

You might not expect it, but working on your imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs can fundamentally change your relationships, sometimes in ways that matter even more than business success.

We like to separate work, relationships, family, self esteem
But when you change how you see yourself in one area of life, other parts naturally recalibrate too.

That’s why I love this work. 😍

Not just for the goals that get achieved, but for the unintended, deeply human ripple effect that follows.
