Our organisation is one of the largest and most reputable in New Zealand and has a strong network of centres throughout the country and has links with many top masters world-wide. Our system deploys biomechanically sound self defence techniques and psychologically positive teaching methods. This results in the elimination of excessive physical and mental stress which is omnipresent in many convent

Some sad news to share today. We have just heard of the passing of Simon Hone who was a Kung Fu and Tai Chi member with us at HQ in the late 2010s and early 2020s. Simon was a very hard and resilient man who quickly became one of our students most adored classmates in training due to his kind and humble nature.

Simon trained with us earning the rank of Purple Tip showing us all that age and flexibility is no barrier for achievement.

Simon was awarded the Loyalty and Honour Mug for his dedication to training in 2022 before he moved to live with family in Whangarei.

Simon was 81. Rest in Peace.
