Huge shoutout to the STAC prep boys for the effort and the willingness to learn they showed at our clinic. Every session they turned up ready to work, asked questions and kept getting better. The boys showed big improvements in such a short period of time.

A Snapshot of our GIRLS ONLY 2 Day CRICKET CLINIC 🔥

What a weekend! Huge thank you to every athlete who came out for our first ever girls-only Two day cricket clinic!

The growth we saw from Day 1 to Day 2 was incredible — these athletes trained with more intensity than many of them ever have before, and it showed. Sore bodies, but stronger skills and even stronger confidence 🙌

To every coach who poured their energy into this weekend, and every parent who trusted us with their daughter — thank you. Creating high-intensity, high-quality training environments for girls in cricket is what we’re really passionate about, and this was just the beginning.

Our Girls Develop Program Winter training block is back!

It’s always awesome to see the girls back so early, putting in the work before the season begins. Smaller groups mean more individual coaching, more reps, and more growth.

This winter we’re building strong batting and bowling foundations while also focusing on strength & conditioning, explosive power, running mechanics, speed, and agility—helping our players become better all-round athletes.

Wicketkeeping is so much more than catches and stumpings.

Yes, it takes quick hands, great footwork and athleticism, but the biggest skill is mental toughness. Staying locked in for every single ball, bouncing back after mistakes, leading the team, supporting your bowlers and being ready when the game needs you most. This is So HARD and needs to be trained.

It’s one of the most important positions on the field, yet there still aren’t enough specialist wicketkeeping coaches. Young keepers deserve time, quality coaching, mental skills support and plenty of reps to develop the technical skills and confidence this role demands.

Let’s invest more in our wicketkeepers. The game will be better for it. 🧤
