Another round of coaching is starting soon!

Squash coaching is starting thursday 16th October and will run every thursday at 6:45pm, for 6 weeks!

This is open to all members, of all ages and skill levels, at no cost to members or $30 for the block for non-members.

While attendance at all sessions is not required, the 2 members who attend the most sessions will each win 2 hours of free individual coaching*

We’re excited to announce that group coaching with Mike Allred is back!

The first block begins next Thursday, June 5th, running from 6:45pm to 7:45pm. This 4-week program will conclude on June 26th.

This opportunity is completely free for members, while non-members can join for just $30 for the full 4 weeks. Spots are limited, and preference will be given to members—so be sure to sign up early!

Coaching is open to all ages and skill levels, and it's a fantastic way to sharpen your game in a fun and supportive group environment.

Ready to level up your squash game? Join our weekly coaching sessions led by Mike Allred, a full-time professional coach. Open to juniors and beginner adults (D grade or below), this is a great opportunity to improve your skills in a fun and supportive environment!
