Kirsten Vaughan Personal Trainer Coaching for a healthier, happier life. My interest in the gym was initially driven by probably one of the most common reasons—to lose weight.

This was the beginning of an unexpected journey of self-discovery that morphed into becoming a national level athlete. Through this, I developed a passion for more knowledge in health & wellness which I felt compelled to share with others. This led to a life changing decision—to leave behind a successful professional career in another field and retrain as a personal trainer & coach. My approach of

fers so much more than physical training. I teach & nurture my clients, empowering them to let go of negative body image & limiting beliefs, supporting them to make sustainable, long term changes towards a healthier, happier life. Outside of Koha gym life, I love open roads on my motorbike, sunshine & the beach, public speaking, & most recently a spot of Brazilian dancing! STRENGTHS & SPECIALTIES:

• Helping a Type 2 diabetic client reverse nerve damage in their feet, side-stepping impending foot amputation alongside a number of other major improvements in health and quality of life

• Supporting clients to unleash physical and mental strength

• Inspiring clients to move past negative beliefs & embrace a positive approach to their health & wellbeing

• Participating in a 24 hour aerobathon for charity – who knew bouncing around at 1am could be fun! I would love to help you realise your potential both physically & mentally. I love what I do & I walk the talk – come & share my passion & live a healthier, happier life!

💪💪💪 Discover your inner super-woman and get more from your gym time on the 6 week liftology programme!

Join passionate female resistance trainers Kirsten & Jen and the liftology group for our weekly hour of power session where we’ll be coaching the basics of resistance & strength training!

If you’ve never tried resistance training before, are new to the gym, getting back into your training after time away or simply want to learn more—this is definitely for you.

You’ll enjoy the benefits of semi-private group sessions – your trainers Kirsten & Jen will take you on a journey to discover the inner & outer strength you didn’t know you had. We will support & encourage you to elevate yourself to the next level of your fitness journey.

During this 6 week course we will unpack the fundamental movement patterns of strength training through technique coaching alongside education about why this is important.

Naturally, there will be a holistic health component to this course, plus you will be encouraged to complete your own workouts in between sessions to practice what you’ve learnt.

This course is exclusively for the ladies & is limited to only 6 spaces.

NEXT COURSE STARTS: 5.15pm, Friday 28th October 2022.
WHERE: Koha Fitness, 48 Hereford Street.
FREQUENCY: Every Friday 5.15pm–6.15pm, last session Friday 9 December.
HOW MUCH: upfront payment of $480 for members / $540 non members
OR weekly in advance payments of $85 for members / $95 non members.

Thank you to all for the beautiful words, thoughtful gifts & well wishes – I am very grateful to have such an awesome community of people in my life ☺️

I had such a great day, actually it’s been a great week! Birthday workout (which I’m most definitely feeling today), pilates, sessions with my wonderful clients, dinner out with my Alf & special friends, & even a carrot cake made by my fellow trainer .coaching 😃

Growing older is such a gift & not something everybody gets to do. I’m grateful that I have the opportunity to celebrate another birthday & wake up next the man I love every day 💗

Today I celebrate my 45th trip around the sun for which I am super grateful. No one is defined by a number – be it your age, weight or shoe size. Time is such a precious gift & every birthday is an opportunity to honour our life.
