Join passionate female resistance trainers Kirsten & Jen and the liftology group for our weekly hour of power session where we’ll be coaching the basics of resistance & strength training!
If you’ve never tried resistance training before, are new to the gym, getting back into your training after time away or simply want to learn more—this is definitely for you.
You’ll enjoy the benefits of semi-private group sessions – your trainers Kirsten & Jen will take you on a journey to discover the inner & outer strength you didn’t know you had. We will support & encourage you to elevate yourself to the next level of your fitness journey.
During this 6 week course we will unpack the fundamental movement patterns of strength training through technique coaching alongside education about why this is important.
Naturally, there will be a holistic health component to this course, plus you will be encouraged to complete your own workouts in between sessions to practice what you’ve learnt.
This course is exclusively for the ladies & is limited to only 6 spaces.

NEXT COURSE STARTS: 5.15pm, Friday 28th October 2022.
WHERE: Koha Fitness, 48 Hereford Street.
FREQUENCY: Every Friday 5.15pm–6.15pm, last session Friday 9 December.
HOW MUCH: upfront payment of $480 for members / $540 non members
OR weekly in advance payments of $85 for members / $95 non members.
