Triathlon season 🏊🚴🏃 is nearly upon us starting with the OxMan on November 27th followed by the Pak’n'Save Triathlon Festival on December 11th. Both events have options for individuals and teams with triathlon, duathlon and some run-only races. Participants range from 5 years up to 80 years with newbies to elites taking up the challenge. Poor Darrell opened his knee up at the race yesterday. 🤕 10 stitches and a bit of nerve damage...he's resting up this week. The workshop is still fully operating with reinforcements from the other stores.
