Hi, I’m Lockie. I’m passionate about helping people build confidence, improve performance and enjoy training in a way that fits their lifestyle. My background is heavily focused on strength and conditioning and athletic performance, shaped over a decade competing in elite Karate. I also love helping everyday gym-goers feel stronger, healthier and more capable both inside and outside the gym. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, improved fitness or simply building better habits, I am here to support you every step of the way.
Outside of coaching, I am heavily involved in sport and performance training, with interests in Olympic Lifting, MMA, mountain biking and all things health and fitness. I’m always staying active and continuing to learn more about exercise science and human performance. I believe training should be holistic, challenging, rewarding and sustainable and my goal is to create an environment where members feel motivated, supported and confident every time they walk in the gym.
