Sometimes we go through some disappointment during our fitness journey…
Even your coach…
Yesterday, I found out that my BMI is 1 point less than 1,5 year ago, my body fat is 2% higher and I am 1 kg less 😔

But the good news is that gives me even more motivation for my fitness journey.
I will not give up ! 💪 🙂

There’s almost 10 years ago I was meeting .sahili the one who’s and was one of by best source of motivation in the gym industry.
At this time, I wanted to become a fitness coach, now it is done, even if it is in New Zealand 😅
I am wondering if .sahili remember this annoying guy who wasn’t giving up on him 😅🧐

Il y’a presque 10 ans jour pour jour je rencontrais .sahili celui qui est et était l’une de mes plus grandes sources de motivations dans le monde de la musculation.
A l’époque je voulais devenir coach sportif et c’est aujourd’hui chose faite bien que ce soit en Nouvelle-Zélande 😅
