Exciting Announcement 🎉🙌

We are running a holiday program! This 3-day workshop is open to all athletes, and we can’t wait to welcome a range of special guests who will help kickstart the 2026 aerobics season. Athletes will be grouped by age and/or ability to ensure everyone gets the most out of each session.

Sign in: 8:45am – 9:00am
