Sunday night means one thing in our house these days. Food prep.
Is it boring? Why yes, yes it is however its one of the key elements to achieving your fitness goals and staying on track. Especially if like me, you have a calorie target each day.
Just finished this batch of chocolate overnight oats and at circa 340kcal is a great kickstart to the day.
Yes I'd rather be doing something else but a little time today saves me grabbing quick fixes during the week when my plan goes to s**t, it's much harder to justify a petrol station pie when you have brekkie in the fridge ready to go!
And yes I made six on purpose because Saturday is treat day.....mmmmmmm bacon.
