What a way to finish to finish the week!
I sent this home to my lovely buyer who I met at my listing on Georgina St last year. She instantly fell in love 😍 so we worked quickly to bring the auction forward. We had tough competition in the room but we bid strongly & Linda walked away with her dream home 🏡 ❤️ Huge shout out to the Dunster’s especially Belinda who as always was incredible to work with & of course to our Birthday boy Mark The auctioneer who also did a fabulous job 🎉🎉

Absolutely over the moon to have sold this fabulous home to my amazing purchaser last week 🙌🏼
We had seen a few over the last few months but I knew as soon as I saw this home, it was the one!!
The Auction was brought forward at a healthy level! But we were ready! put a bid straight on top & took it out 🎉 🏡 Thanks to Cheryl from the lovely Bishopdale office 😊
