What a year!!!!

Woooweee - This year has been full of amazing achievements.
Having my 2nd child & gaining my International Ice hockey license for another year 👏

Next week I will be heading down to Dunedin to referee our womans Nationals North vs South tournament!

There will be 2x periods of our NewZealand U18 team, followed by 2x periods of NewZealands top female icehockey players with the IceFernz.

Evening everybody!!!

I hope not to many of you have been hit by covid.
Or not been able to maintain training due to gym closure etc.

Im tossing around the idea of running some PT sessions over zoom during this time to help with anxiety levels.
And for thoes who want an extra push, can hire gym gear off me for the zoom sessions.

I know exercise is a stress relief from life as it would be for alot of people. So this is my way of keeping everyone safe and allowing them to still train, leaving with the effects of endorphins!!

2021.... .What a year!!!

Went from being the fittest in my life - to being a fit Mom ;)

Went from being just a qualified strength and conditioning coach - to a S&C coach with first hand experience in post-partum training!!

So i am now back in the game.... and starting with a couple of people keen to get ontop pf their own health and well-being with 1 on 1 PERSONAL TRAINING sessions!

Monday PT Special!!

Every Monday (starting 12th April)
I will be running special 45min BOXING PT Sessions.

These can be individual or buddy sessions, focusing on boxing technique, skills, combos and even some kickboxing.

The last 2.5years i have been working in a kickboxing gym, improving my coaching techniques around boxing. And have lots to offer in this department.
These will be DISCOUNTED to $20 for the 45min.

Everyone has their own weaknesses and areas they personally want to improve!

Mine is my upper body strength. Iv ALWAYS wanted to do strict pull ups....

But after some determination and consistent training - iv built enough strength to do kipping pull ups (which is a crossfit movement)
