Over the last 7 years and 5months I have been part of the awesome Les Mills whānau as a contract PT. This week I say mā te wā!

Huge mihi to every single person whether staff, clients or other fitness industry experts that I have interacted with over the years,thank you to those who took the time to share their goodbyes with me 🤗🫂❤️

While I am moving in an excitingly new and challenging direction that involves my other passion for the sea, it is a stark reminder that life is short and it’s important to make the most of every single opportunity as you never know if it will come your way again 💫

I will still be providing personal training under Embrace Tinana however my availability will be limited ❤️
