- Snow Trikes NZ require the primary hirer to present a NZ drivers licence or a passport (if from overseas) when booking. The primary hirer must be a responsible adu
lt over the age of 18.
- As the primary hirer you are responsible for all loss or damage to the equipment. Equipment lost, stolen or damaged will be charged for at replacement cost. Insurance purchased through Snow Trikes NZ does not cover theft or loss of equipment.
- Equipment may be picked up from a pre-arranged location the day before the rental starts. All equipment must be returned before 6.30pm on the final day of hire. Overdue returns will be charged for. Please remember that someone else may be waiting to hire your equipment.
- All equipment must be returned clean. We do not mind if equipment is returned damp, but a cleaning charge will apply if equipment is returned dirty.
- Every care is taken in the fitting and maintenance of our equipment, but we do not accept responsibility for injury to people using our rental equipment. By confirming the hire of a Trike through payment, you acknowledge that activities that require the use of hire goods may be physically demanding and that there is inherent risk of injury. In doing so you also release Snow Trikes NZ and its staff from any liability for the following: any injury to person(s) and damage to any belongings while participating in activities that involve the hired equipment and or gear.
- All hirers must follow the rules and regulations of the ski field they visit. This includes all instructions, warnings and advice of ski field staff. Please be courteous of other skiers/riders and stay alert at all times.
- As a Health and Safety conscious company, Snow Trikes NZ recommends that all hirers wear a helmet when riding our trikes. It is also required that all hirers have the safety leash securely attached at all times when riding.
- By confirming the hire of a Trike through payment, you are agreeing to the disclaimer statement below and all terms and conditions outlined. Prices:
All prices advertised on this website are in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive. Privacy Policy:
- Snow Trikes NZ meets all laws and guidelines of the New Zealand Privacy act. Snow Trikes NZ will not release any customer information to third parties. Any data stored is used for Snow Trikes NZ business use only.
- All credit card transactions are secure and cannot be intercepted by third parties.
- The primary hirer's credit card details are held until the equipment is returned in case of loss, theft or damage to equipment rented. We will endeavour to contact you before any money is taken.
- Once Snow Trikes NZ has completed your transaction, credit card details will be deleted. For the sake of clarity, your transaction is completed when all hired equipment and gear is returned and found to be in a satisfactory condition.

I, the hirer, agree to respect and return the equipment in the same manner and condition in which it was rented to me and agree to be bound by and adhere to Snow Trike NZ’s rental policy terms & conditions. I understand that any damage, loss and/or breakage of the equipment is my responsibility and I will pay for any costs incurred to replace or repair the equipment. I will not hold Snow Trikes NZ responsible for any injury, damage or death caused while in possession of hired snow Trike/s.
