Female Federation is a state of the art Women's Only Gym, located in Ferrymead, Christchurch. Our main focus is creating an uplifting and supportive environment for women of all ages, on all journeys, to train in and feel their best. It will be an exciting day around here as we are hosting an Open Day between 10am-12pm for any new / existing members to come check us out and take a look around.

We will then be connecting and socialising with our current members for a Members Only party between 12-2pm!
