One of the first photos and first projects I took on at Female Federation nearly ten years ago!

The ten year birthday celebrations have started today and are going for the next ten weeks.

Every week for ten weeks, we are going to be randomly selecting one of our current members to win a free month! Ten big winners.

As well as lots of other smaller winners and prizes each week too both in-house and online.

We’re back from our very long and very unintentional social media hiatus 😅

We’re back out of social retirement to update you on some big news.

‼️ Female Federation turns TEN this year ‼️

We’re so proud to have reached this milestone in the business, and we want to celebrate with all of our wonderful community!

Starting Monday 25th May we’ll be doing something each week for 10 weeks! Taking us into July for our birthday. Think giveaways, free membership time, workshops, and more!

How incredible is this! We were unable to personally drop off our City Mission haul this year, but luckily one of our incredible members stepped up and offered to take it for us!

Not only are we proud of our collection, but we’re so proud to have incredible and supportive members who vibe with us and make our gym so special.

HOLIDAY HOURS 🎄🎅

The Christmas break is just around the corner!

Please check out this post for our staffed hours. For any classes running over the holiday period, head to the timetable on our website.

Our team and instructors will be taking a well-earned break over Christmas and New Year, so we’ll be operating on a reduced schedule during this time.
Staffed hours will return to normal from January 7th

As always, members with 24/7 access cards will continue to enjoy unlimited access throughout the break.

If you have anything spare, please share the Christmas cheer!

We are accepting food and personal products, as well as brand new unwrapped children’s presents. Please check expiry dates on any products you are bringing from home, and if you’re unsure of anything check with a member of staff.

We’re so pumped to have some new treadmills for you to enjoy! The best treadmills in the world?! At little old FemFed?! We’re on the way up!

The old treadmills were my first big cardio purchase when I took over the business, so it was surreal to see them go.

These awesome Woodway Treadmills also have a dynamic mode which makes for a great workout - ask a trainer next time you’re in and we can show you the ropes 🏃🏽‍♀️

Congratulations to the 7 new members who have reached five years with us!

To thank you for your loyalty, your name will forever be a part of our gym here 🥰

We’re so grateful to have such loyal members who stick by and ride the waves along with us.

Whenever I feel the weight of the business and can only see things that need improving or I want to fix, seeing this wall always reminds me that we must be doing something right! Over 160 people who have been with us for 5+ years. What a special sight 🙏🏽
