Te Toka Tū o Waitaha are now calling for registrations for our Under 10s, Under 11s, and Under 12s to attend the Aotearoa NZ Maori Rugby League Tamariki Tournament 🏉

If your child is unable to attend trials, they must still register and send through their apologies to be considered for selection.

This is an awesome opportunity for our tamariki to represent Te Toka Tū o Waitaha, build connections, and experience Māori Rugby League on a wider stage.

At the start of the season, both sets of our goal posts were stolen from Cuthberts, causing major disruption to our club and to community sport across the area. This kind of behaviour is not appreciated by anyone in our community it undermines the hard work of volunteers and affects our players, families, and weekly operations.

We want to sincerely thank Canterbury Rugby for stepping in and allowing us to borrow a set of their posts for the season. These are not small items, so we are now working on arranging suitable transport to collect them and get our fields operational again.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we work through this setback. 🦁
