That little voice loves to bargain with your goals, but here’s the truth:

The hardest part is showing up. The strongest part is not giving in.

Every time you override an excuse, you train your mind to support you, not sabotage you.

Try this practical tip before class:
Leave your workout clothes and shoes right by your bed.
When that cold morning hits and the covers are extra warm, make it automatic.... gear on, no thinking. Don’t give your mind the mic.

Your mindset sets the tone for every goal, every session, every win.

You can have the best gear, the best trainer, the best Playlist but if your head is not in the game, it's tough to level up!

In the next few weeks, we are zeroing in on mindset. Because a strong body begins with a strong mind.

Try this in class over the next few weeks:
When your body says "stop", do one more rep.
Just one.
Then ask yourself, did I survive it?
(Yes.)
That's your proof: You are stronger than your thoughts.

🧠 The next few weeks is MINDSET WEEK at Best Fit 💥

Starting tomorrow, we are flipping the script because fitness isn't just about burpees and battle ropes. It's about what happens in your head too!!

Your mindset is the real MVP. It's what gets you out of bed at 5.45AM to make it to your 6AM training. It's what tells you to go for one more rep when you're ready to tap out. And it's what keeps you coming back, even on the tough days!!

So over the next few weeks, we are diving into the mental game - the wins, the wobbles and everything in between!!

Because when the mind is strong, the body follows 💪
And when in doubt..... do the damn burpee anyway 😅

No need to wait for Monday… Your comeback can start this Easter!

Easter isn’t just about chocolate eggs (though we totally love those too). It's about renewal, resilience and rising again.

If you’ve fallen off the wagon, been too busy or just feeling blah lately......this is your sign:

Start again. Move your body. Fuel it well. Prioritise your health.

Whether you're hopping into a session for the first time or coming back after a break, remember—progress isn’t about being perfect, it’s about showing up.

Hope everyone is having a great long weekend.
I know a few of you will be worried about not getting that session in at the end of the week so I’ve put together a workout you can do right at home—no equipment needed!

Here’s a full-body workout to keep you moving, with both a quick 15-minute option and a longer one if you’ve got the time. Try it out and let me know how it goes!

Option 1: Quick 15-Minute Blast 🔥
1. Jumping Jacks – 1 minute
2. Bodyweight Squats – 1 minute
3. Push-Ups (use knees if needed) – 1 minute
4. Plank – 1 minute
5. Repeat 3 times with a 1-minute rest between rounds.

Option 2: Full-Body Home Workout (30-40 mins) 💪
1. Warm-Up: 5 minutes of high knees, arm circles, and butt kicks.
2. Main Circuit (3 rounds):
• 20 Bodyweight Squats
• 15 Push-Ups
• 20 Glute Bridges
• 15 Dips (using a chair or sturdy surface)
• 30-second Plank
• 20 Mountain Climbers
3. Finisher (if you’re up for it!):
• 1-minute Burpees
• 1-minute Wall Sit (find a wall and hold it out!)

Cool-Down: Stretch out with some leg, arm, and back stretches to finish.
