It wasn't meant to be for our Premier Women this year after going down to Linwood in the semi-final last weekend.

It's been a season of rebuilding, learning and creating a platform for the future. Success isn't always measured by silverware, sometimes it's measured by the progress made, the standards set and the belief built along the way.

A huge thank you to our players, coaches, managers, volunteers, sponsors and supporters. Your dedication doesn't go unnoticed.

This group has plenty to be proud of, and while we're disappointed our season is over, we're excited about what lies ahead. The Swans will be back stronger. ❤️💙🦢

Yesterday was everything finals footy should be. A tough, physical battle between the top two teams all season. While the result didn't go our way, we couldn't be prouder of our Swans 16s.

Congratulations to Hornby Panthers on claiming the championship. Enjoy the celebrations.

To our boys... hold your heads high. You wore the blue, red, and white with pride all season. Your heart, resilience, and brotherhood are what make this team so special.

A huge thank you to our amazing Swans family for your incredible support throughout the season.
