It’s the end of an era for F45 Wigram.
For so many of us, this place was more than just a gym. It was early mornings under red and blue lights, high-fives after the final set, trainers who knew when to push and when to check in, and a community that turned strangers into friends.
F45 Wigram wasn’t just about 45-minute workouts — it was about showing up. On the hard days. On the tired days. On the days we didn’t feel like it but came anyway. It was about celebrating PBs, surviving burpees together, and laughing through the pain of the sled track.
Over the years, we’ve seen first sessions turn into lifelong habits. We’ve watched confidence grow, strength build, and friendships form between sets. From challenge weeks to community events, every sweat session added to something bigger than fitness — it built connection.
To the trainers who brought the energy every single day: thank you. To the members who made it what it was: you are the magic of F45 Wigram.
