But more importantly, I’m YOUR Personal Trainer. What I do is design specific and original exercises programs for you to make sure that you achieve your goals, what ever those may be. I specialize in injury rehabilitation, weight loss, fitness and strength training. Injury Rehab – whether that be getting you back on your feet again after an injury, or get

ting rid of that back back and dodgy knee, we’ll work together to create a program that will make you feel like you again. Strength Training – so you’ve been a gym goer for a while now, but the results have ground to a stand still and you don’t know what to do next. Weight Loss – most of us have a goal to be slighter toner, but often it’s hard to know where to start. I will sit down with you to plan out where you want to be and how we’re going to get there. Because it is possible, we just have to get started. Fitness Training – if you’re running out of steam chasing after the kids, want to walk up the stairs without being short of breath, or just want to sleep better at night, have clearer skin and feel better in your own body. Then this program is for you. Wellness Training – okay so none of the above sound like you, but you still know there are areas to improve in your life. Ever heard the term use it or lose it? This applies to our bones and our muscles, and we tend to forget that our heart is actually a muscle too. This training type is about improving your overall quality of life, if you don’t have any particular goal in mind but want to improve nonetheless, then this is for you. The main difference in what I do is that I work for you. Not the other way around, your program is entirely you own, customized for your goals to get you where you want to go. Because you’re not meant to be living life at half speed. We’re busy people, let’s get your body able to move to – where ever it is you’re going.

It's something I emphasize a lot in training. Your goals aren't going to be achieved in one session. Your diet isn't blown from one chocolate bar. We are what we repeatedly do and sticking at something, moving forward - even just a little - is still moving forward. So don't give up. Keep moving. Believe that you can. And you will 🌟

The fear of failure can paralyse us and cause us to do the very thing we fear. As an athlete it was something I fought against every time I went to race and I think it's just as important now. Having belief in yourself, or belief in something bigger than you can help to guide us out of this place of fear - which is always easier said than done. So let's do one thing today that scares us, do one thing that you have to stand up and fight for because eventually we'll become stronger, better and fitter than the thing that scares us 👊🏻🌟

I feel so proud to be part of a team that looks at health and fitness as bigger than just how heavy you can lift. Being fit is so much more than the weight on the scales or the weight on the bar and having a team that agrees with, and supports this idea makes me actually enjoy the 4am starts.
