NPPL Canterbury National Pub Poker League provides No Limit Texas Hold'em tournaments around New Zealand.

Great night at Kaiapoi Club with 3 full tables joining us. There was lots of action and banter.

Denise found herself heads up against Aaron. She fought a good battle and claimed herself her first win at the club, congratulations 🎊

It was a slow start to the game at Oak N Ferry tonight but adventually filled 2 tables. 1 table with heaps of action suits a nice pot and an early FT. Also a couple of new players who both made FT. Min cash was Cam then Ton Ton. Top 3 played for awhile until welost Paul. Heads up went for a fear while Kerry a regular and Dave first time player at the Oak. Swapping stacks a few times . Adventually all in Dave with a really nice hand but of course with my dealing Kerry flopped a straight with his average hand it holds and Kerry takes the win. Great game guys see you all next week

♥️♠️♦️♣️ what a cracking day it was today. We started with 1 table but by the end of the first level we had 2 full tables. Rebuys were slow until just before break. At break Mau came and got his free add on and said to me that he’s having a terrible day of it with sick runouts. He managed to make the last table and once I came in to deal Mau never looked back and got a great win.

Opawa bowl and jack started with 2 tables last night and as soon as break finished players started to drop reasonably fast making it a early final table.

We ended up paying Quads to Larry P after he had quad 3s so he was free rolling for the evening.

Our final 4 players we had Trish exit in 4th because of my poor dealing. Sorry Trish 😢

In 3rd place we had Joe after playing a solid game decided to go against Whiti but had no luck for him in the end.

Our heads up battle lasted 3 hands and both players decided to do a deal and call it a night. Congratulations to Mel and Whiti both players maintaining a big stack through out the game.

♥️♠️♦️♣️ bounty poker in this afternoon at the sideline bar. What a fantastic Sunday afternoon bounty poker is. Come along for a great afternoon.

Last Sunday we had a lot of action right from the start with rebuys coming in quick nice and early and making a great prize pool. Final table was very slow and in the end Merv and Pete split the pot and we all went along to the night game at Queenspark.

Come along today and make it a memorable game.

Thursdays game at the Fitz was the most entertaining game I’ve hosted so many laughs and action had everyone rolling in laughter 😂

We had couples separated on different tables and coincidently enough they had the same hands and same pairs through out the night until we reached final table.

In 4th place we had Jesse who maintained a good stack through out the game but with my very terrible dealing, couldn’t get any luck and got it in as good as he could and seen his exit in 4th.

In 3rd we seen Trish get her stacking good but had no match for Tane in the end.

Our heads up battle lasted a few hands back and forward with roughly even stacks with Rafal slightly in the lead, Tane ended up slow playing his Aces while Rafal had top pair and got it all in on the flop but with Rafal gaining the flush draw on the turn the river was no help and Tane took the lead. A few more hands went by and the both got it in and the outcome being Tane taking the win.
