Notice is hereby given that the Redcliffs Tennis Club Annual General Meeting will be held.

Date: Monday 10 August 2026
Time: 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Venue: Club Redcliffs, James Street, Redcliffs

Whether you've been a member for one season or fifty, this is your club, and the AGM is where you get a say in how it's run, so we'd love to see you there. Some soft and light refreshments will be available, and you're welcome to BYO your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks too.

Nominations for Committee Positions

Nominations are now open for the vacant positions of Club Secretary and General Officers. If you've ever fancied a go at helping steer the ship, or feel you have skills and experience that can help make things happen for the club, we'd genuinely encourage you to put your name forward. Please contact Club President Matt Love-Smith for a nomination form.

Nominations for Patron and Life Membership

Any Member may also nominate an individual for the role of Patron, or for Life Membership of the Club, giving notice to the Committee setting out the grounds for the nomination.

Motions and Resolutions

Any Voting Member wishing to propose a motion or resolution for consideration at the AGM, including any proposed amendments to the Constitution, is invited to submit this in writing by the closing date below.

Closing date for all nominations and motions: Monday 27 July 2026

Please submit nominations, motions, or resolutions in writing to [email protected] by this date.

The full agenda and supporting papers will be emailed prior to the AGM. The Committee's annual report and draft financial statements, will be available on the night and posted after the AGM.
