Hey team! A reminder that the kids class (under 12 years old) is on tomorrow (Saturday 16th) 12 - 1 pm at 93 Durham Street, run by the same instructors, Maria & Lucy; see you there! Last class before the two-week school holiday break 🌟

Also, the Freestyle (youth) class is run separately by the same instructor Tony from 12 - 1 pm!

ALL TRANSFERRING ADULT MEMBERS (THAI & BJJ) TO TITAN: Should now have an active Titan membership. It’s expensive running a club of this calibre, so if you have not done this already – could you please do this in the next few days. This can be done online. Your memberships at AOC should have ceased last week – if this is not the case can you please let us know.

ALL TRANSFERRING COMBAT KIDZ MEMBERS TO TITAN: Tuesday 12th at 4.30-5.30 is your first session at Titan Training Ground, followed by Thursday 14th (same time slot). You are then on holidays – first session back Tuesday 3rd May. If parents could please sign up their kids to the Titan child memberships by the end of the first week back – would be appreciated, thanks.
