The Ultimate Wellness Quest is a 6-week challenge kicking off on Monday, 7 September.

Designed to improve your wellbeing from the inside out, this challenge focuses on building healthy habits across both physical and mental health. Participants will complete:

• Daily gratitude practices
• Lifestyle and nutrition habits that support mental wellbeing
• 2 strength training sessions per week
• 2 cardio sessions per week

Throughout the challenge, you’ll earn points for completing tasks, with prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. There will also be bonus spot prizes drawn at random and a prize-giving celebration at the end of the six weeks.
