Join Eastside Training Squad at 9.00am this Thursday for a Gentle Pilates/Yoga/Stretch class designed to assist with muscle release, lengthening, joint mobility and relaxation.

I'm covering for the lovely Alison.

Following this class is 10.30am Mat Pilates. This week the focus is classic Pilates movements, to mobilise the spine and engage both large and small muscle groups.

Just bring your mat, (a towel if you wish so you're comfortable) and a drink
