I realised I haven't shared much about what actually happens inside of Mindset Magic — and what can shift for you over these seven weeks.

To be honest, I sometimes find it hard to put the kind of transformation that happens in these spaces into words.

(Especially on social media, where so often breakthroughs seem to be measured in the kind of huge emotional releases that leave people crying or shaking uncontrollably... And that's not how I work.)

We move through so many different layers, and each person takes away something different.

The thing with working with the subconscious is that we can all move through the same journey... And yet everyone has a different experience.

As one of my wonderful clients from last year's container shared when I asked her if she'd found it valuable and would recommend it:

'I would and already have. I think it would be *impossible* for anyone to NOT take away something valuable from this kind of journey.'

So this is what I keep coming back to when I ask myself what people receive:

Exactly what they need at the time.
And that looks different for everyone.

Mindset Magic is designed to meet you where you're at and gently unravel layer after layer.

We begin by connecting to ourselves, being present with what is and finding acceptance, before opening the door to change.

Then, we focus on creating a somatic sense of safety and getting the nervous system on board — because without safety, change is impossible.

Only once we have established that do we move into a deep subconscious clearing process where we do release work.

After that, we have a week of integration to truly let this land.

In the second half, we build on this new foundation:

We deepen our connection to self, explore how we view ourselves, and increase our capacity for self-acceptance, self-belief, and self-worth.

We explore the lens through which we view the world and begin to shift our thought patterns and beliefs.

And in our last session, we connect to our future vision and step into our future self so we can confidently move towards our most aligned vision.

Where time bends and blurs... until one day begins to blend into the next. And the next. And the next.

Until every day begins to feel like groundhog day.

And then we get to mid-year... And realise we aren't where we had hoped to be.

Because somewhere along the way... All those good intentions have begun to fade.

The dreams quietly slipped a little further away.

Transformation doesn't happen because you've had one insight or breakthrough or emotional release.

It happens in layers.

Through giving yourself time and space to connect with your inner world to understand yourself better.

Through being held in a space for long enough to allow your process to unfold fully so something truly shifts.

Through integrating this new way of being into your daily life, so it doesn't disappear when you leave the space.

Nor is it a surface-level self-development course to gain even more self-awareness.

It is a 7-week journey of inner alchemy that blends ritual, mindfulness, reflection, and women's-circle-style connection with the kind of therapeutic work that truly makes a difference:

I've been asked a few times what exactly the difference between hypnosis and meditation is.

The long answer, as so often, is quite layered...

But for me, the essence is this:

Meditation is a way to detach from the stories your mind keeps telling you.

Hypnotherapy gives you the tools to create new narratives and rewrite those stories.

And from my perspective, they're not competing. They simply have a different focus and intention.

Meditation — at least the traditional kind — is about finding presence. Noticing. Observing. Creating space between you and your thoughts.

The intention is to watch your thoughts without trying to change them and to keep returning to the present moment again and again.

Hypnotherapy works a little differently.

Rather than taking a step back from our mind and observing it, we step into our inner world.

Imagining. Visualising. Mentally rehearsing what we want to embody.

The intention is to purposely work with our imagination to create a change in the our internal and external reality.

There is no pressure to quieten your thoughts — although that often happens naturally. And for those of us who have busy minds, that can be really powerful.

In other words:
Where meditation builds awareness, hypnotherapy is centred around creating a felt experience.

Of course, the lines between them often blur and blend together.

Many modern 'guided meditations' include elements like visualisations, inner child work, or connecting to your future self — all of which are core techniques in hypnotherapy.

Similarly, many contemporary hypnotherapists (myself included) incorporate mindfulness principles into their therapeutic work.

In Mindset Magic, we work with all of it — and more.

Mindfulness. Ritual. Nervous system practices. Identity-level work. Subconscious reprogramming.

A 7-week journey where we go beyond awareness and begin reshaping the subconscious patterns that shape how you think, feel, and move through life.

There is so much I could share about the Elemental Soundscapes journeys...

About the intention of each journey.

About the different elements that weave together to create this experience.

About the therapeutic power of hypnotherapy and the benefits of sound baths.

But nothing that I could say could ever truly capture what people experience in these spaces.

I might have a clear intention for each journey, build it based on therapeutic principles, and guide the space...

But the reality is that no two people ever experience a journey in the same way.

And from my perspective, that's the magic of working with the subconscious. ✨️

When we go inwards and trust our inner wisdom enough to soften into our inner world, something deeply intelligent within us begins to guide our experience.

Sometimes, we go on a deep inner journey and discover profound insight. Maybe we finally *understand* something that we have always *logically known* in some way.

Other times, there might be a felt release, the sense of some old block finally dissolving, a heaviness lifting — even if we can't put our finger on *exactly what* has shifted.

And sometimes, we can even relax so deeply into a journey that our conscious mind just switches off and we can rest, in a state where the deeper parts of us can process and receive what they need to.

There is no one "right" way to experience it.

You might emerge from a journey with clarity and insights... Or you might not remember much but simply *feel* the difference in your body.

There might be big emotions and processes that continue to unravel for a while... Ir it could simply be a soft sense of being rested and replenished, clearer and lighter in some way.

It never ceases to amaze me in just how many different ways these spaces can meet us. 🤍

This is exactly why I wanted to share some glimpses into other people's experience from our last series.

Not to set an expectation of what *should* happen for you, but as an invitation to be curious about what might unfold for you.
