Please come along to tomorrows class for a special drop-in session with Dez Kaisami!
Wrestling since the age of 15, Dez has trained, competed, and coached in Sambo, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. He gained his base under Dimitri Korzh, Oceania's foremost sambo and wrestling expert who has coached many of New Zealand's Olympic and Commonwealth wrestlers including two time commonwealth bronze medalist, in the women's freestyle wrestling, Tayla Ford.

Come along to West 411 tomorrow at 5 for his drop-in session!
