We want to wish all our Canterbury Cats and Barracuda gym members all the best for the remainder of the National Hockey Championship.
Both teams topped their pool and had strong wins in their quarter final matches today.

1) Zone 2 cardio to build an aerobic base and improve V02 max.

2) HIIT training once a week to improve heart health

3) Resistance training using progressive overload 3 x a week to gain muscle and improve quality of life.

4) Mobility training every day to improve joint health and movement.

5) Plyometrics to maintain power and improve bone density as we age
