Just a friendly reminder that we are doing a work bee THIS SATURDAY from 9am the more people that come along and help the sooner you can get onto the track!

The track will be closed for practice until all the jobs are done!

We need your help… 🪏🪏

We are holding a working bee on Saturday the 12th September. The aim is to get the track, pits and surround areas looking good again. We have a range of jobs to do including w**d whacking, w**d spraying, lawn mowing, brushing the track, filling in holes, and picking up rubbish.

If you have a w**d whacker, w**d sprayer, lawn mower, wheelbarrows, shovels, drills, hammer, broom, please bring these along :)

The track will be closed until all jobs are complete!!!

Another great Job from one of our young Karting Canterbury Superstars! Harry Gradwell taking out the win in the blossom event over the weekend!

GRADWELL CLAIMS VICTORY IN TIGHT CADET BATTLE

South Island karter Harry Gradwell demonstrated his racing prowess in the Cadet Rok class at the Hawke’s Bay Heavy Haul Blossom 57, taking six wins from the ten races across the weekend.

Gradwell faced a strong field of North Island competitors and was involved in plenty of feisty on-track battles, with Manawatu’s Faelan O’Hara keeping the pressure on throughout.

The recently crowned Earl Bamber Rookie of the Year ultimately came out on top, but there was little between the pair when the points were finally tallied - Gradwell taking the overall victory by just three points.

A cracking battle between two young drivers, and a fantastic weekend of racing in Cadet Rok! 🏁

If you are a current Karting NZ License Holder (Competition or Practice) you would have received a pre populated form

You will have received an email with a link to renew for the 2026/2027 year.

Use this – it is an auto-renewal. You won’t have to wait for the KSNZ office to process.

DO NOT use a ‘blank’ form.

If you do this your historical licence number is GONE 😞

NOTE – if you have held both a Practice & Competition Licence in the 2025/2026 year you will receive two links – one for each.

Make sure you use the correct one you want.

If you have a Practice but want to upgrade to Competition for this coming year you will have to use a blank form.
