Most HYROX athletes train hard. Not many train smart.
The way you structure your week matters more than any single session. Get it right and you arrive on race day strong, running well, and ready. Get it wrong and you plateau — or you get hurt.
Here's the framework our coaches use at Hybrid Theory:
✅ 2–3 HYROX classes (race-specific, coached)
✅ 2 lower body strength sessions (this is what holds you together at station 6, 7, 8)
✅ Running volume spread across the week — not crammed into one hero session
That's it. Everything else fits around those three rocks.
