POV: you’re looking for a reformer situationship and accidentally found someone who wants to know your name, celebrate your milestones and grow grey and old with you 😂

At Carve, we’re not really into the whole dip-in, dip-out thing. We’re much more interested in building something that lasts.

The stronger body.
The stronger habits.
The friendships.
The inside jokes.
The “OMG I remember when you couldn’t do that” moments.
The milestone celebrations.
The little things we somehow end up knowing about you.
Because we genuinely believe the magic happens when you stay.

You show up.
You get stronger.
You find your people.
You build something together.

And instead of constantly wondering if the grass is greener somewhere else…
we’re busy tending our own garden. 🌱

So no, we’re probably not your situationship studio.

Four more names locked into the 250 Club. Anna, Emily, Aggie and Julia - welcome 🔥

Anna was here on day two. She’s been quietly chipping away ever since, and 250 classes later she’s still showing up with the same consistency she walked in with.

Emily came in claiming to hate exercise. Plot twist - she is now a Level Up regular who takes things up a notch every single class.

Aggie has been with us since our opening day. Great sense of humour, always up for whatever gets thrown at her.Two hundred and fifty classes of saying yes.

Julia gets in and gets it done. No fuss, no drama, just consistent progress every time.

Winter Hustle was never about doing more.

It was about showing up the same amount you usually would, and staying consistent for eight weeks straight over the winter.

At the start of the Hustle, we tested strength and endurance on a few key exercises. Eight weeks later, every single person who retested had improved. Not one person went backwards.

Here are a few of those results:
💪 +34% on overhead dumbbell press
💪 Over a minute added to a plank hold
💪 +78% on riser pull ups

We won’t bore you with the formula for the percentages (it’s called Epley, if you’re curious), but the short version is: this is real strength gained, not just extra reps.

No extra classes. Just showing up every week and backing yourself to take the harder option.
