It's the end of an era!! 🥺

The dust has settled from our final workout on Saturday, officially closing up Alpha Fitness (CrossFit Christchurch) after 4.5 amazing years. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and every person who passed through our doors for a workout, or a yarn, and often both concurrently, to make our Alpha family what it is 🐺

We've celebrated lots of milestones, birthdays 🎂, Open workouts, PRs, and commiserated together as well. I hope you all came away a better person physically and mentally from your time with us.

It's not entirely goodbye though! Our merger with means that I will get to see lots of your lovely faces as we enter an exciting new chapter of CrossFit in Christchurch 💪
