JULY PERFORMANCE CAMP. We are pleased to announce our Performance Camp for all netballers in years 9-13. There will be a year 9&10 group and a year 11-13 group to ensure maximal learning opportunities. Lead by one of NZ's best coaches Marianne Delaney-Hoshek you will become a much improved player after attending this full day camp.

ESP Netball has released its training options for term 3 with the introduction of gym based strength & power sessions next term.
There are Monday & Friday afternoon court based skills and coaching sessions at Marian College and gym sessions at Recreate Performance Christchurch on Tuesday afternoons. Check out the website for all the details and to register www.espnetball-nz.com

ESP Netball are stoked to have Recreate Performance Christchurch come on board as our gym of choice. We will be running strength & power sessions from Recreate Performance commencing in term 3 on Tuesday afternoons at 4:30pm. Thanks to Reece McCaffrey for supporting our program. Thank you Cashmere Netball Club for the opportunity to work with your players, it was a real pleasure.

What a fantastic afternoon for some of our year 7 and 8 players. Marianne and Greg from ESP Netball ran an amazing 2 hour session covering warmups, drills and game play. A great opportunity for players and coaches to get some intensive coaching. ESP Netball-NZ thanks so much for a great afternoon.

Netball skill development and coaching program for term 2 is open for registration. If you are looking for some advanced coaching and small group skill and technique sessions then you need to be doing our coaching programs. There are 3 options:
🫵 Monday afternoon 5:00-6:30pm at Marian College
🫵 Friday afternoon 4:30-6:00pm at Marian College
🫵 Both Monday & Friday sessions.
This is an 8 week program starting on Monday 4th May for players year 9 and up. Players will be put into small groups of equal ability to ensure they are challenged and improve at the same rate. You can register via www.espnetball-nz.com
