It felt soooo great to be back teaching in person! As much as I love doing all the online stuff I have also missed a lot bossing you guys around in person 🤣 Thank you all who came and made it super easy for me 🙏

Few more spots left for tomorrow’s 11am intermediate reformer class. And she’ll be a goodie with a bit of a barre spice. My specialty 🤍

It has been a bit quiet here recently but as you can see there’s been a lot happening behind the scenes.

Am I moving back to Chch? No… Am I teaching at the Reform Chch? Yes… 😅

I am more than happy to clarify and answer any more of your questions! Come find me at the studio this weekend for some training classes to help me perfect my reformer teaching craft 💫 All classes will be $15 and now are available to book on MINDBODY.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays from our family to yours 🎄

What a year it has been… am I right?!😅 Thank you all who joined me at the barre in 2021, in person or online. I have loved seeing so many of you get stronger, get more connected with your bodies, more confident. You guys rock!

There are a lot of very exciting plans in the making for 2022 and I cannot wait to share them all with you. In the mean time I am talking a much needed break and will be back with the new videos and more useful content in early January.

Slow burn for your glutes is here 🔥

Don’t get put off by the use of a slider - if you don’t have one on hand, you just might need to get slightly creative! A paper plate for the carpet, and a paper towel or a cloth for the tiles or wooden floors 👌

I still don’t really know why the videos end up looking so hmm low quality… so any video gurus out there, I need your help 😀

13 minutes to build strength in those legs is all you need! You won't need any extra equipment - we will be working through series of rises to strengthen your calves and help with the balance. Something like a wall nearby or a chair can be good just in case if you need that little something to hold on to if you start getting a bit wobbly 🙂

Who doesn’t love a little bit of glute burn?! Seeing I’m at our new place and all of my props are somewhere in a truck going from the South Island to Wellington this is a no equipment workout!

30 min to fire up your glutes, hamstrings with a bit of a sneaky core work in between. I talk technique a lot in this one… apparently I like talking a lot to the camera now 😅

Best five days that I’ve had in a long time! Guess what?!! Your gal can now teach reformer classes as well and to be honest I am super stoked about it and cannot wait to get my hands on those springs!

It has been one hell of a week team 😅 and the hardest chunk of it is still ahead 🙈 If only you knew how many tears have been shed on multiple occasions… there would be no water shortages in Auckland 😁

This week my YouTube channel is running a reduced schedule due to the increased stress level and shortage of time - I’ve managed to film one video which is a massive personal success considering everything that is going on (did I mention we are moving cities this weekend/ I’m doing a reformer teacher training course 💪).

I've got to tell you this video here has been a challenging one for me 🙂 I am still recovering from a cold that my children lovingly shared with me so talking and demonstrating at the same wasn't easy! Sure got me out of breath few times 😅 And I do know I say it a lot, but I felt so much better afterwards - not only mentally and physically, but I swear my cold symptoms reduced as well.

You will need a stable support to hold on to and one dumbbell or any other added hand weight of your choice - baked beans and wine bottles work great 🙂

We will move through basic leg and arm sequences but not so basic when put together 👌😉
