Adult Bike Skills is delivered over 3 sessions (contact Paul for the next workshop date, time & location):

Location is either Beckenham School (under the flagpole), 71 Sandwich Road, Beckenham; or Wharenui School, 32 Matipo Street, Riccarton, Christchurch

Bronze bike skills: This is a relaxed session to assess where you're cycling is at & getting started with basic skills. Silver bike skills: We

focus on observation techniques, hazard awareness & defensive cycling strategies. Gold bike skills: Finally we cover bike handing skills, negotiating complex road environments & developing positive road sharing behaviours.
