Iβm so incredibly proud of my client Lucy ποΈββοΈ
In 5 weeks since beginning her journey with me she has lost 2.5kg with a significant loss of CMS particularly in the chest, waist and hips ranging from 6-9cm π while adding some much needed muscle mass to the equation Lucy commits to 3x sessions per week PT with me and walks the hills in her area in her own time.
Lucyβs job as a EMT ( Emergency Medical Technician) along with long shift work made healthy eating choices tricky Lucy has gone from 8 years of a notorious pasta addiction daily with easy to grab fizzy/energy drinks & takeouts while on the road she was determined and ready to make a change so here is what we did π
1) cut out fizzy/energy lift plus drinks and replaced with water Lucy is now having 2.5-3 litres daily & notices the effects when sheβs dehydrated π
2) replaced the simple carb heavy pasta π for daiky lunch with no nutritional value leading to massive blood sugar crashes in the arvo hense need for quick fix energy drinks - with a protein shake loaded with berries banana spinach that Lucy has ready to go on her drive to work.

3) replaced takeout ππ for clean meals that can be ordered online higher in protein Lucy heats while at work for dinner. π₯¦π₯π₯ππ₯©
4) A healthy balanced snack of fibre and protein on her last break of the evening around 830ish.
5) personal trains with me 3x per week focussing on progressive overload and sticking to a plan complimented with her walks up the hill in our area in her own time.
* we did not over complicate things this had to fit in with Lucy busy shift work schedule she has remained consistent committed and trusts the process her results speak for themselves sheβs an absolute Queen - thank you Lucy for in trusting me to be apart of your wellness journey.
