Butternut (3yo, rising 4 - 15.2hh-ish) out on his first hack last week.

Not ultra relaxed (wanted to get his head up and look around) but also a good boy - he's very sweet, just needs mileage (and time).

I think this horse is something extra fancy - check out the videos in his album - jumping and flatwork both on point...

Speights (rising 2yo gelding) looking strong and well - no ugly duckling yearling stage for him!

He is by Malfy, out of a Ohakune (Volksraad/Kaapstad) - and available to purchase.

I'd guess he'll end up around 15.3hh, maybe 16hh (both parents around that).

Some video footage of Pesto working on the flat last week.

It was a bit rough taking this footage right after he was reshod - the farrier really pulled his fronts back and trimmed his hinds, so he is a touch more tip-toe than usual - but I think you can see he's going to be a good mover all the same (and he must have pretty good feet, as they had a decent trim back and he isn't sore).

He's only 50% on the job brain-wise - but that's 49% more than he was originally, so super progress.

He IS available - 6yo Showcasing gelding. Would be a great show-jumper and I think he'll make a nice eventer too with plenty more mileage.

You can start the day with a video of Licqwish, Peter & Paul - because they make me smile.

They're actually super useful for helping clean up the horse paddocks, along with the alpacas & sheep - at least that's what I tell myself when I justify my zoo...

😎 One just awesome 4yo!

Milo out for his first time solo, on a blustery day, no cares whatsoever - he's such a lovely youngster with an amazing brain.

He is currently on trial.

A video snippet that I was sent of Homer and the following info:
"Hey Gina, hope you’re well. I bought Homer from you a few years back - super cool horse. My teenage daughter lost interest and he’s been sitting in the paddock doing nothing for a year - we’ve bought him back into work - clipped and ready to go. I’d love to give him to a great home but I’m terrified of who will come out of the woodwork if I advertise him - can you help at all? I don’t mind if you sell him and keep the cash - it’s just a waste of a nice horse - he’s been out and about, not put a foot wrong and I reckon he’d be competitive against dressage warmbloods in the lower levels..."

P.S He is currently on trial so you might have missed your chance - but I did tell everyone he was worth snaffling up, so you snooze you loose!
