Today was a beautiful reminder that wellness starts at home. 💚

As part of our homeschooling journey, Titan spent the morning baking a GF/LF banana bread from scratch with my guidance. Not only was he learning practical life skills, but he was also building confidence, patience, creativity, and independence.

Sometimes the most valuable lessons don’t come from a workbook, they come from measuring ingredients, making mistakes, trying again, and proudly sharing the finished result.

Watching our children learn through real-life experiences is one of the greatest gifts. 🌿

Feel free to message me for the recipe 🤗

✨ Coaching Tip: Check Your Bias ✨

One of the most important skills in coaching isn’t knowing all the answers, it’s being aware of your own bias.

Bias is the lens through which we see the world. It’s shaped by our experiences, beliefs, values, upbringing, and personal journey. We all have them.

When working with people from different backgrounds, personalities, and life experiences, it’s important to recognize that what feels right for us may not be right for someone else.

As coaches, our role isn’t to create people in our image.

Our role is to listen, stay curious, and support others in finding what works for them.

A good coach asks:

💭 “Am I seeing this situation clearly?”
💭 “Am I making assumptions based on my own experiences?”
💭 “Have I truly listened before offering guidance?”

The more aware we become of our own bias, the more space we create for understanding, connection, and genuine transformation.

Because coaching isn’t about leading people down your path.

It’s about helping them discover their own. 🌱

Some days in my world I wear a lot of different “mum hats”, and they all show up in the same day.

💚 There’s the coach hat, guiding little humans through big emotions.

💚 The organiser hat, keeping life moving behind the scenes.

💚 The teacher hat, answering endless questions and explaining the world one moment at a time.

And the softer hat…the one that simply holds space for connection, presence, and love. (Something I had to learn as softness was not given to me)

Motherhood and life don’t sit in separate boxes for me, they weave into everything I do, including my work in holistic wellness and coaching. It’s all connected!!

Recently I shared a beautiful workshop experience with my kids at and it was such a grounding reminder of this. Watching them learn, create, and be fully present in something so simple reminded me how powerful everyday moments really are.

Not everything has to be big or perfect to be meaningful. Sometimes it’s the small, shared experiences that bring us back into alignment 🤗

Different hats. Same heart. Always learning.

✨ SHE’S LIVE ✨

I don’t do build ups! I do in the moment here it is I’ve completed it moments 😄

After many seasons of growth, healing, learning, unlearning, and redefining what wellness truly means to me, my new website is officially live.

This isn’t just a website refresh.

It’s a reflection of the woman, mother, coach, and business owner I’ve become through life’s challenges and transformations.

Over the past few years, my path has looked very different from what I once imagined. Health challenges forced me to slow down, listen to my body, and reconnect with what holistic wellbeing really means. Through that journey, my offerings, services, and vision evolved too.

What you’ll find now is a space that feels more aligned than ever before.

A place where fitness meets mindfulness.
Where healing is honoured.
Where wellness isn’t about perfection, but about coming home to yourself.

Whether you’re here for movement, recovery, coaching, education, natural wellness products, or simply a little inspiration, I’m so grateful you’re part of this community.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, trusted me, and grown alongside me. This next chapter feels exciting, intentional, and deeply aligned.

I’d love for you to take a look and let me know what you think. 💚

🌿 Becoming stronger.
🌿 Becoming softer.
🌿 Becoming more you.

Welcome to the new chapter.

Making time for the things you love isn’t a luxury, it’s an important part of caring for yourself.

Whether it’s moving your body, gardening, reading, creating, walking in nature, sharing a coffee with a friend, or simply sitting in the sunshine, doing activities you genuinely enjoy can help support emotional wellbeing and reduce the effects of everyday stress.

When we engage in enjoyable activities, our bodies may release feel-good hormones and neurotransmitters such as dopamine (associated with motivation and pleasure), serotonin (linked to mood regulation), and endorphins (often released during movement and laughter). While everyone’s experience is different, making space for things that bring you joy can be a valuable part of a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Life gets busy, but your wellbeing deserves a place on your priority list too. What is one thing you love doing that you could make more room for this week? 🌿✨

I love:

💚 Strength Training
💚 Being in and around nature
💚 Quality time with my family
💚 Playing music
💚 Singing
💚 Journalling (Writing, drawing, colouring)
💚 Good company
&
💚 Building a space that’s, safe, relatable and promotes growth weather it be in business life, personal life or whānau life 🤗

There’s just something about nature that brings instant calm 🌿✨

Slow mornings, happy plants, little moments of peace… this is my kind of therapy.

Honestly, keeping these plants alive while also keeping two tiny humans alive feels like a full-time achievement at this point 😂🪴👦👦

I’ll never stop appreciating the beauty of Jehovah’s creation, the way nature grounds me, calms me, and reminds me to slow down and breathe x
