I love this picture, taken a while back with my amazing dance partner Hamish, a huge shout out to Hamish and his beautiful wife Lisa, who lends me her husband.

I have so much fun dancing it really challenges me in so many ways, letting go of what people think and just doing it, remembering to breath, remembering the next move but most of all letting go internally... the good old saying, "Dance Like No One's Watching" well I'm trying and having so much fun along the way.

If you feel like you would like to try "Ali's Mat Fitness" I know what it feels like to try something outside of your comfort zone.

So come join me on the Mat, you too can move like no one's watching in a small class environment or one on one.

Wow its been ages since I attempted Bird Pose, this is a whole body strengthener, it challenges and builds confidence, and the fear of falling on your face is real, putting a cushion or two down helps when your learning, are you up for a challenge? or would you like to start moving your body.

Come out of your mind and into your body and breath.
Leave the outside world for just 1 hour, you will feel so much calmer and ready to take on life's challenges.
