The Ray Patchett ‘Wingman’ award. Unfortunately this smart looker didn’t make it in time for the prize giving event but we are now able to see it into the hands of this year’s recipient- Dr Dave Baldwin.

‘This Wingman Award recognises the person who goes above and beyond to support others in aviation, creating opportunities, encouraging participation, and helping those around them.’

Awarded to Dr Dave Baldwin - For his incredible generosity and unwavering support of the Aviation community, enabling this event (HBBPC) to continue and thrive. Through his enthusiasm, encouragement, and legendary contributions, Dave has backed this event and its people every step of the way, he has provided opportunities above and beyond and supports aviation on a daily basis.
As the very first recipient of the Wingman Award, there could be no more fitting person to set the standard. Thanks Dave!
