Before & After
Living in Queenstown was a dream come true.
Moving to the Netherlands is the first step of the new dream.
From alpine lakes to farming country, from new to old, from fast to slow
Along life’s journey there is so much to admire, enjoy and be grateful for.

Honoured to be able to support the local riding scene

We were stoked to host the after party for the Slopestyle as part of .

How unreal is it that history was made as the first Women’s class Slopestyle event in New Zealand and only third in the world — what a moment!

Honoured by the opportunity to support the local riding scene.

On Saturday the 15th of October, you are officially invited to take part in the BIGGEST and most ambitious community ecological restoration event ever undertaken in the Whakatipu Basin! 🌳🌳🌳

Our friends from Trees That Count, in collaboration with Wakatipu Reforestation Trust, Te Tapu o Tāne, Soho Properties and NZ Ski are having their first community planting day up on the front face of Coronet peak and they need your help!

This project will ultimately see the front face of Coronet Peak re-cloaked in native forest. It will create an ecological corridor from Mt Dewar to Arrowtown, restoring thriving native biodiversity to this iconic landscape. Get involved and be a part of this historical effort to create a better future for our local environment 🙏

Volunteer registration is essential – please register using the link below: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScKSlij7DmOiDcnTZx35ol7jwLFhipWHF4lyFDBQfd4q9oqzQ/viewform

What to expect on the day:
• A 30 minute gentle downhill walk to the planting site
• Spectacular views
• Pre-dug holes
• Delicious lunch
• 15 minute downhill walk out
An epic day planting beech & mānuka, without the hard work of digging!

This planting day is family friendly, but they ask that you leave your beloved four-legged friends at home. All further info and details you will need will be emailed to you before the event.

For more info please check out the event page: https://www.facebook.com/events/820963785728770

See you all there 🤙

Presentations from 7pm - 8pm, followed by mix and mingle. Refreshments and snacks will be provided.

With spaces filling up, make sure you send your RSVP's to Jo Smith - [email protected]
