When writing this caption about how to describe India, I can only describe her as the absolute life and soul of any room she wants into, and the gym is no exception!
We asked India:

🥊 What do you love about Missfit? - I love it because it’s so inclusive! I was a little nervous coming into a class of such a tight knit group but I was welcomed so quickly! The energy is always high and I never feel like I’m exercising!

🥊 What do you love about Missfit?: I love that the second I walked in I felt welcome, supported and embraced. It’s a safe place to have fun, get fit, have a little dance or have a cry if you need. I am absolutely obsessed with the whole class, and the people - and I started when I had zero fitness or training. It’s a great work out that you feel like you proud of yourself after.
No one is safe from me bringing them to a class 😂
